Tony Rossiter, a former civil servant, is a freelance writer, management consultant and trainer. He is the author of three published books and of articles in a range of national magazines. Prepared to consider writing commissions of any kind, he is especially interested in presenting complex material simply and clearly to a non-specialist audience.
